Artist Drawing
Can someone explain to me what the thought process of an artist drawing/painting is?
Does an artist actually think before each stroke? I am not an artist, but I would love to start learning to draw. It seems that artistic talent is one that you are born with or not. If I knew how one thinks like when painting or drawing, I think this may help me get into that mindset.
I am good in inventing things. I know what I want to make before i get started, and also adjust along he way, like a trial and error sort of method
Personally I get a picture in my mind of what I want to do, then start drawing, painting and adjust along the way to suit materials, etc. The finished piece usually ends up othing like the first conception
