How much will It cost to paint My RSX Body Kit???
Hi im buying a body kit which includes front and back bumper and left and right side skirts. If i bring it to a body shop how much will it cost to paint it and put it on my car??? or is it easier for me to paint it myself??? i have all the tools i need but is it really worth all the effort???? does anyone have any expirience with painting and installing a body kit???? plz help!!!
I tall depends on what shops in your area charge, at my shop it would probly be about 800-1,000 bucks painted and installed…
If you paint it yourself, I can pretty much promise the color wont match, and you will probly have dust nubs and all that
all depends also on the type of body kit also, if it has to be molded to the car your looking at more money – if it is something you can install yourself, bring it to a shop to get painted and install it yourself, that will save you some cash..
fyi molded body kits – stink – they will crack and the paint will crack even sooner from the vibrations
just call around to a few shops, they may want to see the parts
